Terms and Conditions for Cruises from Galveston LLC. 

Welcome to Cruises from Galveston LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including booking, purchasing, and participation in cruises and related activities. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, reservations, and services provided by Cruises from Galveston LLC.
1.2. By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18.
1.3. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the booking and payment processes.

2.1. A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
2.2. Payments can be made through our online platform or over the phone. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, Uplift, Flex Pay and also Cash .
2.3. Full payment must be made by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
2.4. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms outlined below:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the sail date: Full refund minus an administrative fee of $200.00.
• Cancellations made between 30-90 days before the sail date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the sail date: No refund.
  3.2. Refunds may take up to 180 business days to process.

4.1. Requests for changes to bookings must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
4.2. Changes will incur additional fees of $200.00 or more depending on the nature of the modification. Example , Name changes, late payments, and  rebookings at the prevailing rates.

5.1. Cruises from Galveston LLC acts as an intermediary for cruise lines and other service providers. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors by these third parties.
5.2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your cruise or related activities.
5.3. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

6.1. Guests must meet all health requirements set by the cruise line or government authorities.
6.2. Cruises from Galveston LLC reserves the right to deny service to any individual who poses a health or safety risk.

7.1. Guests are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification.
7.2. Cruises from Galveston LLC  is not liable for denied boarding due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

8.1. Guests are expected to act respectfully toward other passengers, crew, and staff.

8.2. Guests are expected to act respectfully towards Cruises From Galveston LLC staff and personell. All questions or concerns should be adressed via email.

8.3. Posting false or negative information on social media platforms may result in a cancelled reservation/bookings without a refund.  
8.4. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cruise booking without a refund.

9.1. All content on the Cruises from Galveston LLC website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Cruises from Galveston LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
9.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.
